Taxes/Customs/Duties

International deliveries may be subjected to Custom Taxes and all customers are liable for any local taxes or charges incurred at customs. Merremade do not accept responsibility should any parcels be seized by the customs due to unpaid taxes.

Returns

If you have received an item that was incorrect, please kindly email us at contact.merremade@gmail.com along with details such as:

- Order number #

- The name of the items affected

- A photo of the incorrect product

We will contact you with instructions. Returns for incorrect items are only accepted within 7days from the date of delivery.

Please check that the address entered is correct and full, Merremade is not responsible or held liable for incorrect or insufficient address once the order has been shipped. Additional shipping charges will apply for returned orders due to inaccurate/ insufficient addresss.
